What is Plantar Fasciitis?
Plantar Fasciitis is a painful condition which relates directly to the connective tissue, i.e.: tendons, fascia, etc. in the foot or feet. One will usually first begin to notice pain and stiffness in, or just above the heel towards the medial, or inside part of the foot. This will sometimes be quite noticeable in the morning when you get out of bed and take those first dozen or so steps, and also after having been on your feet for a while, especially on hard, flat surfaces. If this sounds like you, there is great news!!!! There is finally a treatment for this very painful condition!

Our Plantar Fasciitis treatment is a unique one which was created thirteen years ago and continues to prove it-self to be the one consistently highly effective solution for this painful injury today. It is a 45 minute treatment and takes place in our beautiful comfy treatment room in our fun, friendly, and relaxing studio in Fort Langley.
We combine our unique form of therapeutic Reflexology with our self created, "Rolfing"-style technique of releasing the shortened tendons and breaking apart and releasing the scar tissue in the feet, while lengthening the tendons and bringing in the circulation. All of this brings the feet back to optimum functionality allowing you to have your life back, goodbye Plantar Fasciitis! As the treatments are quite deep, it can be a little on the uncomfortable side in the beginning, the first treatment being the most tender. The second becomes easier and the third even easier and so-on. After a couple you may find yourself looking forward to the treatments as you will thoroughly enjoy the relief from the constant foot pain of Plantar Fasciitis you have been experiencing.
